Tellers are great and the bankers are fine.... The managers are absolutely the most hideous and stupid people I have ever seen. The get a degree in Ancient Bulganin War History and Wha-la! now promoted or qualify as a manager!
Went to open a savings account with cash in hand. Waited 30 minutes to be skipped for someone who was there only 10minutes. Poor customer service.
Was in a big rush and needed cash. Got the money from the walk up ATM but of course I need a 50 for a gift. So, I go inside to get change and as expected there is a long line, but, immediately upon me entering I'm greeted by a person who I believe was the manager (black gentleman working on 12/17/16). He could tell something was up and asked if he could help. End of the day, I had my 50 and was out of there in less than a minute. He told me to have an awesome day as I rushed out, which he certainly put me on the path to do.
THIEF they charge me 8 dollars to cash a $250 check of their bank
The tellers are fine but if you need an account service be ready for an hour before anything happens
