I'm Mindy , with hurricane Irma I'm trying to buy in bulk for the dogs that I own and sitting for . This store has always been great , just wish they could do a sale or something to help out during these times , so I can give them more of my business . As of right now I'm going to Multiple locations .
Visited the area during hurricane Irma . My house took damage but my toy poodle and I are safe. I never heard of this place before and with the green and while colors I actually thought publix owned this place but after asking I learned other wise. I like the fact that this place is clean . I was able to get a great parking spot and I had plenty of room to look around I wasn't cramped into tiny isles. I like so many other reviewers before me feel that the fact they are blaming others and also some poor soul who probably doesn't even know they are being blamed is disgraceful. The fact this store is blaming some one who was praised in a old review for great service and blaming employees for reviews that they don't like tells me this store doesn't deserve my business and it might not be a great place to work at .
They have great prices and always get help out to my car when I get larger items. They have everything that I need for all of my pets and they have good quality food. Prices are great to. The self service dog was is great especially for my 2 large dogs. I will defiantly keep coming back.
Found this store before the hurricane came through .They had the items I needed. it's a very organized store and clean . I find it odd that they can't handle criticism well . They are trying to blame any one they can so they don't have have to take responsibility for any issues they have . They mention people by name and they also say the reviews aren't a true reflection of the store under some of the reviews . Well you know what you cut nails but you don't cut hair so that's no grooming , you are pricy compared to some places and people who are on budgets can be put off by this . A vet does visit the store to help people with pet care but the vet isn't on site so how is it not a true reflection of your store when the facts are right in front of you . its very distasteful when your attacking others I would rank this place higher if they didn't go after people who didn't give high ratings . Now I know why they had no lines and parking right up front .
Typically love this place when we visit and the young girl from the military family is here. Came today and they were out of rawhide rolls. The young man said they were probably in the back but they couldn't really check right now and come back another day. Smh.
