Very satisfied with the level of respect and dedication. My physical therapist Ray did an outstanding job helping me recover after my surgery in just 4 quick weeks.
Overall my experience was average. The consistency with not having the same therapist every time was something I did not like. Everybody has different styles so it really was not consistent for me. The therapist, Ray was very good and had me do a couple of exercises that were effective for me. It would’ve been helpful for me to have worked with him longer.
I was seen in a timely manner for a scheduled evaluation. The tests were done efficiently but without a sense of hurry. The physical therapist was friendly and understanding. Apparently she was also thorough, My insurance company had no further questions regarding my needs going forward.
The best of many rehab centers I have had to use. Cora, on Lithia Pinecrest, is a clean friendly rehabilitation facility. It is, however, the therapy staff that make or break a good center. From your front desk staff to the therapist I have no complaints. Everyone was professional and friendly. A great impression for your company. I had a rather ugly surgery on my shoulder. It took a long time, hard work and tears to get to my graduation day. I feel absolutely great. I have a great range of motion again in my right shoulder. All of your therapist were very good. But 4 stand above all. These folks worked together as a team and challenged me to reach goals they set for me. They were stern yet caring. Understanding and great at communicating to me the purpose of each exercise and the results they expected. These folks should be mentioned at a meeting or another way that their peers can recognize there contribution to your team. They are - Brianna, Ray, Justine and Krystal.
