DO NOT USE CB Roofing. Had them come out to fix a leak by front door. Quote was to replace shingles and fix roof. Instead company dumped sealant onto the roof. Leak came back and company sent someone out to check since repair is "under warranty". Repair said sealant did not have a leak so it wasn't the repairs jobs fault. Asked for refund and to speak to owner/manager after sending pictures of the "repair" job they did. Was directed to speak to person that gave me the quote as a middle man. Owner refused any type of refund, instead offered to come fix the leak. WHY WOULD I TRUST THEM TO FIX THE LEAK WHEN THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO THE FIRST TIME AROUND. DO NOT USE CB ROOFING. Terrible work and TERRIBLE customer service.
CB Roofing did an excellent job replacing all of the lap siding on my home prior to me having my home repainted. Their lead crewman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and did quality work. I'd highly recommend them.

They didn't properly flash the edges of our roof. When they came to start the job they never told us they were on the way and we had house guests who woke to our roof being torn off. We had no advance notice, just randomly showed up when it was convenient for them. Then they improperly flashed the edges, (See Pic) and charged extra for the flashing. Cool. I specifically said we have an old home, with odd roof, and want a good job. I told them to NOT take this job if it was a problem for them to do it right...
