To rap this all up, the staff is much easier to deal with than any business in the market, just not a good place for blankets, clothes, toys or anything delicate.

Love this place, management is friendly and always very helpful. Prices just went up and I must admit if they go up again VMS will have one less customer. Might as well go with a better name brand company for just about the same price. Getting to the point where it's not worth the cost.
The staff was amazing. We were having troubling times and they worked with us to get our possessions back. Only the dealer we dug, the more of our stuff was ruined by mold, water damage, cockroaches and rats. But I should've expected that since it's located right beside a swamp. And the mosquito are so bad we couldn't get our stuff out without bug spray. Speaking of spray, the pest control service was spraying his chemicals all around our unit while we were getting our stuff out. No respect for our 11 month old that was right in the middle of all of it.
Very nice and helpful
I have used this facility multiple times over the last few years. They are always exactly what I need for the best price I can find. Only down fall is closed on weekends but new management is even working with the tenants more and being open a few Saturdays a month just for our convenience. They get 2 thumbs up from me and my family.
